How I Work

Before we get to the offers, one thing you should know: I work differently than most trainers and consultants, by necessity and by conviction. I had a stroke in 2025, and I've learned to work within my energy. That means I take on few engagements, and I choose them carefully.

What you get in return: when we work together, you have all of me. No junior consultant showing up in my place, no recycled slide deck. Just focused, honest work — usually with a pen in my hand.

    This is for you if... you or your team spend hours building presentations or sitting in meetings that still don't land, and you suspect the problem starts before the first slide.

    A training that changes how you prepare, not just how you perform: think first, make it visible, then speak. Available as a live online cohort (two half-days plus group coaching) or as an in-house day with your team, working on your real presentations.

  • AI for Leaders

    This is for you if... your organization or your competitors are rolling out AI tools faster than your leaders can make sense of them.

  • Crossroad Sessions

    This is for you if... you're facing a decision, a project or a transition that won't untangle itself, and you'd rather think it through with someone than circle it alone.

    One-on-one, remote, in packages of 5 or 10 sessions. You talk, I ask questions, make suggestions and draw while we speak. We think together. Your situation becomes visible, session by session — and you keep every picture.
